Troyes

Troyes is a picturesque city where the old, medieval houses are still around and in use. The whole city centre feels like it is still stuck in the 16th century. As the cultural capitol of the Champagne region it has a rather peculiar feature: the city centre is shaped like a champagne cork.

We visited the Museum of work tools as well. There we were treated with a wide variety of tools, displayed in an artistic way. One of the pictures shows the tools a mason used to use.
