Park Güell

Park Güell is located in the upper part of Barcelona. This area was owned by the family Güell and they assigned Gaudi to design the Park.

Once again Gaudi used elements of nature like caverns to transform the land into once of his Masterpieces. The park is split up into two parks, one free to visit outer park and one courtyard containing most of his work. The latter is not free and tickets are best bought online a few days beforehand.

During the visit to the park you can see several artists at work, we were lucky to hear two musicians singing one of the oldest songs of the world.
